The dance calendar will be abuzz with the latest batch of talent to hit the stage come early next year, when the state’s best young dancers make the cut for a popular annual showcase.
Callback is a display of graceful physical movement – exemplary performances and compositions by 2018 HSC dance students.
It is also an opportunity for upcoming senior dance students who are considering studying dance in year 12, to see what the subject produces.
This production event is managed by the Arts Unit, and will be held at the Seymour Centre at Chippendale in February.
There is a matinee performance at 1pm on February 14 and 15, followed by a Q&A with selected performers and the supervisor of marking – designed especially for school groups.
Evening performances are from 7pm.
