A second man has been charged over the incident that saw St George Illawarra star Jack de Belin charged after the alleged sexual assault of a 19-year-old woman at Wollongong.
Callan Sinclar, who was photographed with de Belin during a Christmas pub crawl two weeks ago, was arrested at a residential address on Monday morning before being taken to Wollongong Police Station.
Sinclair has been charged with aggravated sexual assault in company, the same charge laid against de Belin last Thursday when he presented himself to Wollongong Police Station.
The 21-year-old man was granted conditional bail. He will appear in Wollongong Local Court on February 12.

Jack de Belin has been granted conditional bail after being charged over the alleged sexual assault of a 19-year-old woman at Wollongong.
The St George Illawarra forward voluntarily attended Wollongong Police Station at about 3.40pm on Thursday afternoon.
The 27-year-old was charged with one count of aggravated sexual assault in company. De Belin was bailed to appear at Wollongong Local Court on February 12.
De Belin allegedly engaged in a sexual act with a 19-year-old woman at a home unit in Wollongong about 1.30am on Sunday, December 9.
The Sydney Morning Herald reported another man was also involved and that de Belin’s partner, who is 20 weeks pregnant, is aware of the alleged incident.
St George Illawarra released a statement on Thursday night.
“The St George Illawarra Dragons have today been advised that forward Jack de Belin has been charged with sexual assault following an alleged incident in Wollongong on Sunday, December 9,” it said.
“The club is taking the matter very seriously and have been working with Jack and all relevant authorities, including the police and the NRL Integrity Unit, since this time.
“Jack has been provided with welfare support to enable him the time and opportunity to deal with the matter.
“As this is a police matter to be considered by the court, the club is not in a position to make any further comment at this time.”
