Police are appealing for public assistance following an armed robbery at a Bexley bottle shop last night.
About 9.30pm on Wednesday, a man entered the bottle shop in Forest Road, where he threatened the two attendants with a knife and demanding cash.
He took cash before fleeing the store on foot.
No one was injured as a result of the incident.
Officers from St George Police Area Command attended and established a crime scene.
Police are appealing to locate a man described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, 180cm tall, with a thin build.
He was last seen on foot travelling towards Princes Street, Bexley, wearing all black clothing with a hooded jumper.
