After opening Banksia Bistro in 2017 at Banksia Hotel, Colin Fassnidge has announced on social media his partnership with Miranda Hotel.
The joint restaurant venture with the Ryans Hotels group is set to open on February 8.
Known for his hearty and mouth-watering roasts and fresh seasonal produce, the ‘By Fassnidge’ food platform expands the chef’s reach in St George and Sutherland Shire.
One thing is for sure, the aim is that this latest arm will cater for families who enjoy a home-style meal with an elegant touch, led by Fassnidge’s two head chefs.
