Sydney FC have confirmed they will play their AFC Champions League group stage matches at Kogarah.
Sydney FC have drawn Japanese champions Kawasaki Frontale and Chinese champions Shanghai SIPG in group H.
The final place in the Sky Blues’ group will be occupied by the winner of a playoff to be played on Tuesday.
Jubilee Stadium will host Sydney FC's opening Champions League clash with the qualifier on Wednesday, March 6.
Shanghai SIPG and Kawasaki Frontale then visit Kogarah on Wednesday, April 10 and Tuesday, May 21 respectively.
The Sky Blues played their final of seven home A-League games at Jubilee Stadium this season earlier this month, scoring their fifth win in a row in the St George district with a 2-0 victory over Melbourne City.
Sydney FC CEO Danny Townsend told the Leader in November the club were keen on using Kogarah as its Champions League home.
“It’s the logical place for us to do it,” Townsend said.
“We were confident we would play there before [our first home A-League game against Melbourne Victory]. And the outcome... just confirmed how important it is for us to stick with Kogarah and those supporters.”
The Sky Blues announced in July they had committed to making Jubilee their major temporary home while Allianz Stadium underwent renovations.
Sydney FC were initially to split seven matches between Kogarah and Leichhardt Oval, with the Sky Blues to remain based at Moore Park after securing a deal to play six of their 13 home games at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
But instead Jubilee was given the go ahead as Sydney FC’s base, with Leichhardt to host two matches and the SCG the remaining four.
Reaction to Sydney FC’s tenure at Kogarah has been overwhelmingly positive, with Jubilee proving popular among the club’s supporters given its location, accessibility, facilities and vibrant atmosphere.
Jubilee Stadium will also host the W-League grand final between Sydney FC and Perth Glory on Saturday.
