Catholic Schools Week celebrates the strengths and distinctiveness of Catholic schools, and highlights the significant contributions made to their communities.
“There are almost 600 Catholic schools across NSW, educating more than a quarter of a million students from all cultural and socio-economic backgrounds,” Catholic Schools NSW Chief Executive Officer Dallas McInerney said.
“Each Catholic school reflects the community it serves; they are diverse, welcoming places that have educated generations of students from the same family for almost 200 years."
Catholic schools welcome enrolment applications from all students, including those from non-Catholic backgrounds. Fees are affordable and there is practical support for families who cannot afford to pay full school fees.
