Man, 38, dies and another man taken to hospital

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man at Ramsgate Beach last night.

About 11.30pm on Sunday, emergency services were called to a medical clinic on Ramsgate Road after a 38-year-old man was found unconscious.

NSW Ambulance paramedics, with the assistance of police performed CPR at the scene, but he could not be revived.

Another man, believed to be in his thirties, was also treated by paramedics and was taken to St George Hospital in a stable condition.

Officers from St George Police Area Command established a crime scene and will prepare a report for the information of the Coroner.

A police spokesman said, "Early investigations indicate there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death".

Inquiries continue.
