A house at Sans Souci was cook central this week, when Channel 7's My Kitchen Rules knocked on the door for a contestant take-over.
The reality cooking show was filmed at the property during an episode of the 10th season of the popular competition.
For the first time, two teams together served a three course meal to their competitors and the public.
Teams paired up in mystery matches for a supercharged instant restaurant round, where they were pushed to the limits in their attempts to win over the judges Pete Evans and Manu Feildel.
NSW socialities Ibby and Romel and Victorian barmen Victor and G were first to step up to the plate.
For entree they served coconut curry mussels with flatbread, roasted pork belly with ras el hanout apple sauce and fennel and mint salad for main, and for dessert, mango pudding with caramelised pineapple.
They were followed by Peruvian friends Andy and Ruby and mother and son, Lisa and John. The team cooked bbq prawns with poached fennel and chilli and lime salsa, seafood paella and chilled lemon souffle.
