Westfield rents too high
Re the article ''$1.5 billion splurge: Retail sales at Westfield Hurstville and Miranda defy sluggish economy'' (Leader, March 13).
I visited last week and was very disappointed. Their rents are too high. And Hurstville? Well it is maybe the worst Westfield of all. It is just a shopping place not a place to relax and dine.

Rents are way too high ... hence the restaurant prices were too high more times then not. Westfield need to rethink their long term restaurant strategy as they are closing down faster than there opening.
