Low prices and a knowledge of customers' needs has allowed Renovation Kingdom to grow its business to two stores in just five years.
Jamie Smith, the sole director, opened the first show room in North Parramatta in 2014 while the showroom in Taren Point opened last year.
She believes it is her dedication to customers that has allowed her to grow the business so rapidly.
"I am customer focused," she said.
"Bending over backwards for customers - that's what we're about here.
"And my customer-centric attitude definitely ripples through the company."

"I have concentrated on affordable, quality products and this has helped us build up a great name over the years," she said.
"There's been a lot of repeat business through word of mouth."
Jamie says that showrooms also helps customers.
"Many businesses in this space sell online and people have always been delighted to find out they can visit us and see the products," she said.
"We have very large showrooms. Our showrooms are around 500 square metres in size so people are always impressed with that.
"We also carry good levels of stock and hundreds of brands."
Another comment many customers visiting Taren Point have made is that they appreciate not having to drive out of the area to get their kitchen, bathroom or laundry renovation needs.
"And yet they feel as though they are getting the good bargain prices they expect from travelling far," Jamie said.
"We honestly have extremely competitive prices and we are known for that.
"We will only sell quality products from trustworthy suppliers.

Renovation Kingdom currently has a "super sale" in celebration of the new store opening. It ends at 4pm on March 31 at both stores.
Showrooms are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm and Saturdays from 9am to 4pm and Sundays from 10am to 4pm.
