New phone found in gutter
I would like to say thank you to the kind and caring person that found my mobile phone in the gutter outside Kogarah post office on a very rainy day (Saturday, February 23). This amazing human being walked to the police station to hand in my new phone to police. Many blessings for you.

Fall while walking Harvey
How do I begin to thank everyone who came to my aid after I fell walking my dog "Harvey H Hound" on Saturday, March 16. The staff of Loxx Salon who sat with me holding towels to my head trying to stop the bleeding (what would I do without them), staff member of Lady Hill (just being there), the two young men driving past who stopped to help, one of them drove my husband Peter home with Harvey. There were other people walking past offered help, the district nurse who was passing by and the ambulance personnel. Also the doctors and nurses at St George Hospital. I am recovering well and "Harvey" is okay. Thank you so much everyone.

'Is everything ok?'
I parked in Westfield car park on Friday, March 15 so my daughter and wife could purchase an item from Big W. They left me to care for my seven-week-old grandson. My grandson was getting a little upset, so i got him out of the car and walked around trying to console him to no avail. I was so touched when a young mum came up to me and asked "is everything ok?" She, nor I was embarrassed about her enquiry. It may have been a small offering in her eyes but goes to show you there is compassionate people out there.
