A man was swept off the rocks earlier today while fishing at Cape Solander, south of Botany Heads.
The Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was dispatched to the area at about midday on May 16.
A fisherman, 40, was found within five minutes of the emergency call.
He was wearing a life jacket.
The man was winched aboard and flown to a nearby car park and checked by paramedics. He was not hurt.
