A Sutherland Shire member of the Comanchero outlaw motorcycle gang (OMCG) has been arrested as part of a large-scale drug supply investigation across Sydney's west.
In June 2018, the Criminal Groups Squad established Strike Force Yarrum to investigate a syndicate involved in the large-scale supply of methylamphetamine, cannabis and cocaine across Sydney.
On Thursday at 6pm, strike force investigators, with the assistance of specialist tactical police arrested a 27-year-old man at a townhouse in Sylvania.
The man was taken to Sutherland Police Station to assist police with their inquiries.
Shortly after, investigators, with the assistance of Strike Force Raptor, arrested a 22-year-old man at a home in Blacktown and a 28-year-old man at a townhouse in Doonside.
Both men, who are associates of the Comanchero OMCG, were taken to Blacktown Police Station to assist strike force investigators with their inquiries.
Just after 6am, investigators executed four search warrant at properties in Sylvania, Blacktown, Doonside and Smithfield.
During the searches, officers located several items, including two luxury vehicles, including a Mercedes- AMG, an estimated $100,000 cash, prohibited drugs, certified gold playing cards, and designer clothing and shoes, which are believed to have been stolen.
These items have been seized to undergo forensic examination.
Investigations under Strike Force Yarrum are continuing.
