A teenager has been arrested after two teens were stabbed at a skate park in Menai earlier today.
About 1:45pm on Sunday, emergency services were called to a skate park on Allison Crescent near Menai Marketplace after reports a person was injured.
Officers from Sutherland Shire Police Area Command, PolAir, the Dog Unit and Ambulance NSW responded to the area where they located a 17-year-old teenager with stab wounds to his abdomen.
Paramedics treated him before transporting him to St George Hospital in a stable condition.
A second 17-year-old teenager who is believed to have been involved in the incident attended St George Hospital for treatment with a minor laceration to his arm.
Officers were quick to swarm the area and arrested an 18-year-old man who attempted to flee.
He has been taken to Sutherland Police Station where he is being questioned over the incident.
Investigations are continuing.
