Capital Bluestone says the official opening of a new display suite has generated strong interest in the final stage of the Woolooware Bay Town Centre development.
More than 130 people, including existing residents and prospective buyers, visited the display suite at 71-73 Cronulla Street, Cronulla, last week, the company said.
James McCarthy, of design firm Turner Studio conducted a presentation on Thursday evening before the official opening on Saturday.
The final stage, called Bayview, includes 255 apartments across five buildings, set above the retail centre, which will include Woolworths, Aldi and about 50 specialty shops.

Prices are $635,000 to $735,000 (one-bedroom), $865,000 to $1.22 million (two bedroom) and $1.575 million to $1.8 million (three bedroom).
Four penthouses are priced from $2.3 million to $2.4 million.
Podium-level facilities include a north-facing infinity edge swimming pool, viewing deck, barbecue areas and a multi-purpose room that can be booked by residents for functions.
On completion of Bayview, the overall $1 billion Woolooware Bay Town Centre will comprise 898 apartments across four stages, the 18,000sqm Bay Central shopping centre, a 71-key hotel / serviced apartments, a revitalised Cronulla Sharks Leagues Club, and a new foreshore park delivered in partnership with the Touched By Olivia Foundation.
