The Bayside Business Enterprise Centre (BEC) will hold a Tax Planning Workshop for Small Business in the lead up to tax time.
The interactive workshop is designed to learn about important tax changes and opportunities for small businesses.
The workshop will be hosted by David Chambers of DJC Accounting.
Participants can learn what the 2019 federal budget means for small business; superannuation opportunities and requirements for you and your workers; how changes to tax rates this coming year and thereafter will impact you and your business; and some of the well-known and not-so- well-known opportunities to pay less tax.
It will be held on Thursday, June 13, from 9.30am to 11am, at Eastgardens Library in Westfield, 152 Bunnerong Road.
It is free for BEC members and $25 for non-members.
