Highland Property Group has opened its third shire-based office in Taren Point.
Managing director David Highland said the opening of the new work space signified to the market that the Highland team's pledge to continued investment in innovation and commitment to expansion into the St George area was real.
The team worked closely with EB Interiors and Mac Developments to bring the vision and fit-out for the stunning space to life.
"The space needed to represent our DNA," Mr Highland said.
"We've really pushed the envelope on creativity to move outside of the box and create a one-of-a-kind space that you won't find elsewhere.
"Our staff are proud to come to work every day and they're excited to show our much-valued clients the outstanding, edgy and unexpected corporate space."
This flexible new space houses the residential, commercial and project marketing teams.
Workspaces are disguised as lounge areas and break out spaces, creating a blur between work and play.
A superb display showroom and project marketing cinema room have both been designed to showcase Highland's constant range of off the plan opportunities.
It can accommodate large launches and events and display suites for developers and also creates the perfect space for employees to work collaboratively in a relaxed environment.
With custom built display suites and state of the art project marketing capabilities, developers are encouraged to showcase their residential and commercial opportunities within the real estate hub.
The beautiful space is fitted out with large touch screen presentations to improve the customer experience and offer the client a deeper understanding of a project on offer.
Highland Property Group's new state-of-the-art space at 6/40 Cawarra Road, Taren Point, was officially launched on Thursday night with an evening of drinks, canapes and entertainment.
