One of Australia's most loved TV and live touring shows is coming to Club Menai during the July school holidays.
Lah-Lah's Big Live Band will bring their The Stripy Sock Club Live Show to the Sutherland Shire as part of their national tour which will also form the basis of their new TV show.
''We're all so excited about this year's tour,'' says Tina Harris, lead singer and co-creator of Lah-Lah.
''The Stripy Sock Club Live Show has been created around the new TV series and features new songs and dances, which Aussie kids will be able to see on TV later this year.''
Last year, Lah-Lah successfully raised over $100,000 in a crowdfunding campaign to go towards the Stripy Sock Club TV series.
''The support we received from families around the country has been incredible,'' says the mum of two. ''For the first time ever, parents joined with us to have a voice about the kind of show they want us to make for their children."
Production on the TV show has already started and now the bunch are pulling up their stripy socks and hitting the road.
''The Stripy Sock Club Live Show is a mixture between the old Mickey Mouse Club and The Monkees,'' explains Mark, who plays Buzz the Bandleader in the show.
''It's a live show tour with real musicians and room for families to dance."
Lah-Lah will perform at Club Menai on Wednesday, July 17.
