Something for everyone in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere is the promise made by Engadine Tavern.
Opened in 1951 under the name The Engadine Hotel, the tavern has undergone several changes of ownership with the current ones taking over last year.
Marketing manager Belinda Vettoretti said Engadine Tavern was the first pub in Engadine and remained the only one.
"Our doors are open to all and we provide our community with a fun, family friendly atmosphere for bistro style dining, functions and events," Ms Vettoretti said.
"It has become a place for locals to get together and enjoy their days. We have regular events with live music, sports and entertainment, to bring people together."
Engadine Tavern's bistro offers a wide selection of meals across modern Australian cuisine, along with all your pub favourites and fusion cooking influenced by other cultures.
There's also a selection of children's meals and a designated kids zone.
The function centre on the upper level offers a large event space with a dance floor, adjustable staging and two bars, making it perfect for any event.
There's free room hire and a large variety of menu options guaranteed to cater for any event style.
The Tavern has two large bars and sprawling social spaces. There are more than 12 tap beers, both local and imported, as well as an extensive wine list, spirit and cocktail offerings.
"There really is something for everyone," Ms Vettoretti said.
"Our experienced bartenders offer quick and friendly service to cater to all our customers' needs."
