A privately employed paramedic has been arrested and taken to Sutherland Police Station over the alleged sexual touching of two women at Redfern Station.
Last month, investigators from South Sydney Police Area Command commenced an investigation following reports two women had been sexually abused by a man while receiving first aid at Redfern Railway Station.
Following extensive inquiries, detectives executed a search warrant at a home at Jannali about 8am today.
So far during the search, officers have seized a mobile phone, electronic equipment and clothing.
A 38-year-old man was arrested at the home and taken to Sutherland Police Station.
Investigations are continuing, and charges are expected to be laid.
