A home in the northern suburbs of Wollongong owned by late celebrity manager, promoter and publicist Harry M. Miller will go under the hammer.
The home was owned by Miller prior to his death last year, aged 84, and primarily used as a weekender.
Miller bought the four-bedroom, three-bathroom house in 2004 for $2,225,000.
He renovated it in 2005.
The executors of his estate are now selling the property.
Miller retired from the business in 2009 amid failing health, and was diagnosed with dementia in 2011.
In his autobiography, Miller outlined his funeral plans, requesting that his ashes to be scattered down the cliff in front of his house at Wombarra.
The home's features include Scarborough Beach access, views from the light-filled central lounge/dining area, dual entertainers' decks and deluxe master bedroom.
There are also extra living spaces, and two spa bathrooms including a stylish couple's ensuite.
The home will be auctioned on September 13.
The selling agent is Andrew McLeod from Belle Property Illawarra.
Born in New Zealand, Miller moved to Australia in 1963.
He promoted early tours from Louis Armstrong, the Rolling Stones and the Beach Boys.
As a celebrity agent and manager, he represented TV stars Graham Kennedy and Barry Humphries, racing trainer Gai Waterhouse, fashion entrepreneur Maggie Tabberer, Lindy Chamberlain and Big Brother contestants.
