It's unrecognisable now but a Cronulla address that shot to national stardom seven years ago is once again in the spotlight.
'Debbie's house' in the television series Puberty Blues used to stand there but it has now been replaced by a new designer duplex which will go to auction next month.
In 2012, no.4 Oak Street was one of the most recognisable homes in the nation.
The two-storey full brick, five bedroom home with white window frames, was a time capsule of the '70s, complete with mauve bath and basin, multi-hued mosaic tiles, and top-to-toe patterned carpet and wallpaper.
The Puberty Blues set directors loved it for that very reason and during the recording life of the top rating television show changed only one wall.
Seven years ago the home on 767sqm was offered for sale for the first time in 47 years when Toni Bowden and her two brothers, Warren and Graham Callender, listed their parents' home.

The Puberty Blues star Claudia Karvan, who played Judy Vickers, the mother of the teenager Debbie, said at the time of the home's sale in 2012 that working at the house was a "wonderful time warp" and that even the '70s kitchen appliances worked.
"It helped a lot being in such an authentic environment to suspend disbelief," she told The Sun-Herald.
"It's the suburban dream house, perfect front and back lawn, garage out the back, quiet street and close to the beach, and it perfectly reflected the Vickers family."
The sale of the home at auction on September 9, 2012, attracted plenty of interest with 80-odd shire locals on hand as it went under the hammer.
Debbie Sawtell and her husband Bill were the successful bidders - they outbid four other groups and needed 48 bids and $1,382,500 to secure the property.
"It's nice to buy such an iconic place but it's the land and the lifestyle we're after," Mr Sawtell told the Sun Herald at the time.
For Toni Bowden, and her brothers, selling the house was bitter-sweet.
"I did the puberty blues here; poor mum and dad, the things they don't know," said Ms Bowden in 2012.
The property has since been knocked down and re-built as a duplex development with 4A Oak Street to go to auction on Saturday, September 28.
Listing agent McGrath Estate Agents describes the property as ''A chic family haven fusing understated class and comfort blessed with a contemporary coastal aesthetic that perfectly reflects its beautiful peninsula setting. Its tranquil address is footsteps from Oak Park and the Esplanade.''
Inspections are possible Saturdays from 11am to 11.30am.
