A man has been charged over eight alleged 'up skirting' offences in Sydney, including at Hurstville this year.
On April 9, officers from Police Transport Command commenced investigations into allegations an unknown male was filming up a woman's skirt while walking up stairs at Central Railway Station.
It's alleged during a separate investigation, images were discovered on a 26-year-old man's phone which implicated him in the offences.
On September 7, police arrested a man at Revesby.
He was taken to Bankstown Police Station and charged with eight counts of filming a person's private parts without consent.
The man was granted conditional bail to appear at Sutherland Local Court on September 18.
Police allege the offences occurred at three different locations, including Central Railway Station, Hurstville Railway Station, and a plaza at North Sydney.
The offences allegedly occurred between April 8 and May 27.
