A Ramsgate Beach man, who owns a barber shop on the lower north shore, has been charged over the alleged ongoing supply of cocaine.
The arrest of the man, 26, is part of extensive inquiries by detectives from the State Crime Command's Drug and Firearms Squad into the supply of illicit drugs across Sydney.
A police spokesman said investigators arrested the man at a shopping centre in North Sydney about 8.30am on Thursday, August 22 this year.
He was taken to Chatswood Police Station and charged with supply prohibited drug on an ongoing basis, four counts of supplying an indictable quantity of a prohibited drug and possessing a prohibited drug.
"Police will allege in court that the man, who is a barber shop owner, supplied more than 50 grams of cocaine between July and August, 2019.
"The Ramsgate Beach man was granted conditional bail to appear at Manly Local Court today (Thursday).
