The NRL season may have only just ended but there is no rest for a number of Cronulla and St George Illawarra players who have been chosen for representative duty.
Wade Graham has been selected in Australia's squad for Tests against New Zealand and Tonga. The Cronulla back-rower will be joined by Dragons trio Tyson Frizell, Ben Hunt and Paul Vaughan in the 19-man squad.
Australia face New Zealand in Wollongong on October 25 before tackling Tonga in Auckland on November 2.
The quartet are already away representing the Prime Minister's XIII where they will play Fiji on Friday.
The Sharks co-captain has also been named in Australia's World Cup 9s team. Graham will be joined by Frizell and Hunt in the 16-man squad.
The Rugby League World Cup 9s will be played at Parramatta's Bankwest Stadium on October 18 and 19.
Dragons captain James Graham will lead England at the World Cup 9s, with former St George Illawarra captain Gareth Widdop also in the England squad.
Sharks trio Shaun Johnson, Briton Nikora and Braden Hamlin-Uele will represent New Zealand at the inaugural tournament.
Kangaroos coach Mal Meninga congratulated the Australia players on their selection in the squad.
"We have an extremely healthy mix of incumbent players as well as a number of players who are yet to represent their country," Meninga said.
"This is extremely important for us as we are already building for an important next few seasons with a Kangaroo Tour followed by the World Cup.
"We have an established group of players who have been successful in the jersey and we now have some new faces who have either excelled in the State of Origin series, in the premiership, or both.
"These two Test matches will be extremely exciting and encouraging from my point of view."
