A boy, who was bike riding with a mate at Kurnell, was allegedly sexually touched by a stranger.
A police spokesman said the incident occurred about 8pm yesterday (Wednesday) when the two 14-year-old boys rode their bikes to Bonna Point.
"They left their bikes in the car park area before walking to the waterfront reserve," he said.
"When they returned to where their bikes were, they observed a man, whom they spoke to briefly.
"The man allegedly sexually touched one of the boys before walking away in the direction of the car park located at the end of Prince Charles Parade, towards the boat ramp.
"The boys later reported the incident to their parents, and officers from Sutherland Shire Police Area Command commenced inquiries."
Police want to talk to the man, who is described as Caucasian appearance, 25-30 years old, 160-165cm tall, slim build, brown short spiked hair, brown eyes and unshaven.
He was wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts, and black joggers.
Anyone with information on the incident is urged to contact police.
