"Our business wants to show people how to connect with the elements of performance, and getting the best out of their business.
"There is a bit of self belief and a bit of technical knowledge involved-Its like personal training for your business life " Matt said
Attending a business retreat for high achievers isn't sitting in a hammock sipping green tea for four days and its not like having a few days off -people have to reconnect with themselves and work out how they got where they are now.
The first Elemental Self retreat is on March19-22 and is set on the NSW South Coast and they aim to run between five and eight this year.
Matt said most of peoples personal and professional problems are ultimately problems of forgetting who they really are.
"In this game of life and business, when we exercise self-leadership and attend to our mind, body and spirit, and recalling what truly matters and what makes us come alive, we begin to transform our outer world from inside out."
