Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from a hospital in Hurstville yesterday.
Robert McConnell, 82, was last seen leaving a hospital on Gloucester Road, Hurstville, about 7.30am.
Officers attached to St George Police Area Command and Mr McConnell's family hold serious concerns for his welfare due to his age and a medical condition which requires constant supervision.
Mr McConnell is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180-185cm tall with a thin build and short grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey polo shirt, blue shorts, blue shoes and white socks. He has red hospital tags on his wrist and ankle.
