Council tennis courts in shire to reopen

Sutherland Shire Council operated tennis courts will open progressively from Monday, May 25, starting with coaching courts.

Public bookings will be available from Monday June 1.

The council is making the move "in light of continued easing of public health restrictions".

"Court facilities will be available for casual or permanent hire, provided users comply with public health directives, including practicing social distancing, with players on court not to exceed four people at any one time and seating areas to remain temporarily closed," a spokesman said.

5R Coolidge Cres, Bonnet bay

4R - 10R Dobell Road, Engadine

112 The Grand Pde, Sutherland

27-31 Pyree St, Bangor

50 Cremona Rd, Como

32R Timbrey Circuit, Barden ridge

34-38 Warabin St, Waterfall

67A Warrangarree Dr, Woronora heights

86 Yala Rd, Bangor

36 Rawson Ave, Sutherland
