The foodtrucks are returning to Hurstville tonight.
Last week Georges River Council brought two drive-through food trucks to Hurstville, giving hungry residents the chance to support local business while staying COVID-19 safe.
The idea proved popular wiht about 70 takeaway orders that the council has decided to bring it back again tonight.
Stop in at the Hurstville Aquatic and Leisure Centre between 5pm and 9pm, where the food trucks will be serving up a tasty selection of Lebanese, Turkish, Asian and vegetarian cuisine.
Bayt Za'atar will be offering a selection of authentic Lebanese pizza. Opinions range from the Za'atar, pizza sprinkled with oregano mixed with sumac, sesame seeds and olive oil, to mixed beef blended with spices, onions and tomatoes, and cheese with sujuk or spiced Turkish sausages!
The Vege4love food truck will offer a selection of fresh, vegetarian South-East Asian food including noodles, char koay teow, mee goreng or nasi lemak.
Measures have been enforced to ensure a COVID-19 safe environment for customers.
Customers will not need to exit their vehicle and will be served through your car window, with food only available for takeaway.
