Sutherland based workplace injury service Recovery Partners has been announced as one of the 2020 Best Places to Work in Australia in the Great Place to Work Australia study.
Over the last 30 years Great Place to Work research confirms every year that employees flourish in high-trust workplace cultures.
The study was conducted based on one of the world's most comprehensive assessments of workplace culture and Recovery Partners was categorized in the top under 100 employee category.
Zrinka Lovrencic, the MD of Great Place to Work Australia said the organisations in the study are leading the way amid the pandemic, demonstrating care for their employees, customers and communities during this challenging time.
"Through the 2020 Best Places to Work study process, we have had the opportunity to observe how businesses inspire, invent, and innovate as they introduced new initiatives whilst navigating through this changing landscape. Such balance is particularly important now, as employees and organizations wrestle with health and economic challenges created by COVID-19."
Recovery Partners was founded in 2004 with a mission to work with organisations of all sizes to prevent workplace injuries and manage workers compensation claims. They have grown into an industry leader with a reputation for setting the benchmark with their services.
Sutherland Mayor Carmelo Pesce and Heathcote MP Lee Evans recently visited the Sutherland Recovery Partners office.

Recovery Partners Founder, Kelly Brown said focus, discipline and desire has driven their business success, and has been at the core of their growth , including their place on the Best Places to Work list.
