Club Central Hurstville and Menai welcomed its 60,000th member this month.
Yi Wen, 85, from Surry Hills was officially congratulated on helping the club achieve the significant membership milestone.
She was presented with a dining voucher and some new Club Central merchandise to mark the occasion and welcomed by Club Central Director, Phil Stanton.
The achievement comes as the club launched a new logo and new staff uniform for its teams across the Hurstville and Menai venues.
Club Central chief executive officer, Paul Richardson said the new logo aims to reflect both venues, whilst still retaining a connection to the past.
"With the growth we are going through we felt it was the perfect time to launch a contemporary look that brings together our venues, reflects our 58-year history, and provides a fresh outlook," Mr Richardson said.
"Our members, our communities and the Club Central team have all gone through some really challenging times together in recent months and we are continuing to feel the impact of COVID-19. This rebrand provides us with an opportunity to unveil a bright, new look with our vision firmly on the future," he said.
"The new Club Central logo connecs to its origins as a Catholic Club.
"The 't' in the word Central suggestive of a religious cross. The icon is emblematic of a four-leaf clover, which in many parts of the world represents good luck.
"The circular appearance of the icon also references the shape of the infinity symbol - a line that never ends."
The rebrand exercise also extends into a stylish new uniform for all Club Central team members.
"To give our best at work, it helps if we feel that we look our best. We've worked closely with our team to provide a new uniform that not only looks good, but feels comfortable," Mr Richardson said.
"We are very excited to hear feedback from our loyal members about the refreshed look and feel of our brand. We hope that they like what they see!" he said.
The new Club Central brand has been launched ahead of the completion of the expansion and refurbishment project at its Hurstville venue, due in the second half of 2021.
"Our members are telling us how much they are looking forward to the completion of our new family-friendly brasserie and rooftop restaurant. We are looking forward to providing a hub for the local community and more local job opportunities across the hotel and expanded club areas," said Mr Richardson.
Club Central membership provides members with two venues to visit for one membership fee. More information on membership, dining and entertainment at Club Central Hurstville and Menai is available at www.clubcentral.org.au
