Update
A man, who has been charged with murdering Lynda Greenwood at Como in a domestic violence crime, has been remanded in custody until December 15.
Jason Lloyd, 39, of Sylvania, did not appear when the matter came before Sutherland Local Court on Wednesday.
A solicitor advised bail was not requested.

A man has been charged with the domestic violence murder of Lynda Greenwood at Como.
Ms Greenwood's body was found in the driveway of a block of units in Cremona Road, near Como Hotel, about 12.30am on Tuesday.
The 39-year-old woman died at the scene.
"Officers from Sutherland Shire Police Area Command established a crime scene and, under Strike Force Neale, and commenced an investigation with assistance from the State Crime Command's Homicide Squad," a police statement said.
"Following extensive inquiries, detectives arrested a 39-year-old man, who was known to the woman, at a home in Sylvania just after 9.30am.
"He was taken to Sutherland Police Station where he was charged with murder (Domestic Violence).
The man was refused bail to appear before Sutherland Local Court today (Wednesday).
