A Rockdale man has been charged with drink driving after a crash at Tempe overnight.
About 11.10pm, emergency services were called to Bay Street, Tempe, following reports of a vehicle travelling at speed and conducting burnouts.
Upon arrival, officers attached to Inner West Police Area Command found a dark green BMW crashed into a parked white Renault Clio.
The driver, a 25-year-old man, and his male passenger were not injured.
The driver was arrested and underwent a roadside breath test that allegedly returned a positive result.
He was taken to Newtown Police Station where a subsequent breath analysis returned an alleged reading of 0.157.
The Rockdale man was charged with high range PCA and granted conditional bail to appear in Newtown Local Court on Monday, October 16.
