Taja Dining, a new modern East Asian cuisine experience opens at Kingsgrove RSL Club on Wednesday.
Developed by culinary experts from Porterhouse Bistro Group, Taja will offer an exploration of the best cuisine of China, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam and Nepal.
Kingsgrove RSL Club chief executive officer, Ian Todd said the club wanted to offer members modern Asian dining using the freshest ingredients.
"The decision to offer Taja Dining the space came after a rigorous tendering process," he said.

Diners can start with small plates of Peking Duck Pancakes, Pork Belly Bao, and the less traditional King Crab Tacos before moving on to larger offerings of Beef Short Ribs with Mushroom, Black Bean and Beef Jus or the more authentic Kung Pao Chicken, Mongolian Lamb, and freshly battered Tempura King Prawns.
Kamal and Kul, Taja's creators and directors of Porterhouse Bistro group, are currently running the catering operation of four other venues.
