Fall from scaffold
A man, 60, suffered suspected spinal injuries when he fell from scaffolding in Darryl Place, Gymea Bay on Monday.
Inspector Stanley Harrold, from NSW Ambulance, said the man fell about six metres.
Other people at the scene "did a great job comforting the patient until paramedics arrived", Inspector Harrold said.
The injured man was taken to Royal North Shore Hospital in a stable condition.
