Passengers wait for a replacement bus at Sutherland station.
Trains have been suspended between Sutherland and Cronulla following reports that a woman has been injured at Caringbah station.
Emergency services were called to Caringbah station and commuters were advised to allow additional travel time or delay their journey while trains services are suspended.
Buses were requested to replace train services however delays are expected.
Train services are not expected to resume for several hours.
