Three males have been charged following an alleged road rage incident which started at Miranda and ended at Kirrawee over the weekend.
Sutherland Shire Police Local Area Command said the incident occurred at about 2.20pm on Saturday, February 27.
Police allege a 17-year-old male was driving a Subaru Forester along The Boulevarde, Miranda, when he swerved excessively across two lanes of traffic then drove very close behind a Mazda 3.
At a set of lights in Kirrawee, the driver of the Mazda, a man, 51, allegedly got out of his vehicle and punched the driver of the Subaru.
A fight then erupted between the two men and a male passenger of the Subaru.
Police arrived and arrested all three.
The 17-year-old Subaru driver, who holds a P1 provisional licence ,was charged with menacing driving and assault occasioning actual bodily harm, while his 18-year-old passenger was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
The Mazda driver, 51, was charged with assault.
