An "experienced operator" is being sought for the revamped Audley boatshed.
The historic boatshed closed at the end of October last year for the project, which is close to completion.

A spokesman for National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) said, "Experienced operators will be invited to provide proposals for use of the boatshed and delivery of visitor services, including paddle craft hire".
"NPWS is consolidating the boat storage and rental area at the northern end of the building and adapting the southern end to provide two new sheltered areas, suitable for picnics and functions."
Other works include upgraded lighting, power and drainage, new roofing and two new uncovered decks over the slipway.
"This is great opportunity for anyone interested in operating a business in a well-established historic location which can receive thousands of visitors on weekends," the spokesman said.
"The project to restore and enhance the boatshed forms part of a broader program to upgrade visitor facilities and infrastructure within Audley Precinct."
