A chill wind didn't stop a big turnout on Saturday for the Autumn market in Don Lucas Reserve, Wanda.
The market, which continues tomorrow (Sunday), was to have been held on the weekend before Easter, but Sutherland Shire Council stopped the event proceeding because of the damage that could have been caused to the grounds following the deluge which hit Sydney during the preceding week.
Features of the market include 180 stalls, rides and activities for children and live music.
The market also offers global eats and hot food stalls with a wide range of cuisines on offer including Thai, American, Vietnamese, Spanish, Israeli, Chinese, Italian and South American.
There are also be handcrafted, locally grown and produced foods.
Cambridge Markets, which held a successful series of markets in Sutherland Shire in 2019 and 2020, is staging the event.
