Three trusted shire services, Activus Transport, Home Modification Solutions and Sutherland Food Services, have joined forces to create Wellness Champions. Wellness Champions is a collaboration designed to assist older shire residents to remain independent, empowered and connected to their community and in their own homes. The Wellness Champions is running an information expo focusing on the Home Care Package program to provide insight and information to master the aged care journey, ensuring you have choice and control. The expo will be on June 10 at Sharks at Kareela from 9am. It is free and supported by Sutherland Shire Council. Registrations are essential. Morning tea is provided.
