A 75-year-old man who went missing from St George Hospital last Friday has been found safe and well.
The Bexley man was last seen at the hospital at noon on May 28. Police later appealed for the public's help to find him.
He was located on Monday at Wollongong after someone recognised his photograph from a NSW Police social media post.
"Police would like to thank the media and public for their assistance." NSW Police said.

NSW Police are appealing for help from the public to help find a man who went missing from St George Hospital on Friday.
The man, 75, of Bexley, was last seen at St George Hospital at Kogarah about noon on May 28.
St George Police Area Command were notified of his disappearance and an investigation commenced.
Police said that they are concerned for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
The man is described as of Caucasian appearance, about 150 centimetres tall, medium build and brown hair.
When last seen he was wearing a navy sweater and black pants.
He is reliant on a walking frame and may frequent the Wollongong area.
