The new Woolworths supermarket at Kirrawee will have Scan&Go technology, allowing shoppers to scan goods with their smartphone as they walk around the aisles and pay in the app before tapping off in a dedicated exit lane.
Woolworths Miranda also has the system, but it is available at only about 25 of the company's stores across Australia.
The $50 million Kirrawee shopping centre in Flora Street will open on Wednesday June 23 with a full-line supermarket, Dan Murphy's store, barber shop Sir Groom Room, cafe Macchina Espresso and boutique nail bar Awesome Nails.
There will be 250 parking spaces at ground and basement levels.
A company spokeswoman said the store would provide more than 130 jobs, including 85 new roles.
A "direct to boot pick up" service will allow customers to collect online grocery orders without leaving the car.
Food waste will be minimised through Woolworths' partnership with OzHarvest, which provides meals to people in need.
Last year, OzHarvest provided almost five million meals in NSW.
Dan Murphy's will employ 31 staff and feature more than 4000 products, from craft beer and spirits to premium wines and non-alcoholic options.
Local breweries, whose products will be on the shelves, include Shark Island Brewing Company, Cronulla Beer Co and Sunday Road Brewing Co, along with South Coast Distillery.
Kirrawee will be the second Dan Murphy's store in NSW to have electronic shelf labels, allowing customers to see price reductions as they occur as well as customer ratings in real time.
Over 3500 reviews are submitted by customers every month via Dan Murphy's website.
Heading the premium wines list is a bottle of Cheval Blanc 2009 from Saint-Émilion, priced at $2500.
The super premium selection will be kept in a wine cabinet, secured by a sophisticated Fingerprint Reader Lock technology.
Only store staff will be able to access the cabinet, using their fingerprints.
