A Kingsgrove petrol station is among dozens of newly listed venues visited by confirmed cases of COVID-19.
NSW Health says anyone who was at the BP "servo" at 152 Moorefields Road on Wednesday 23 June from 3.30pm-3.50pm must immediately get tested and self-isolate until a negative result is received.
They should continue to monitor for symptoms and immediately isolate and get tested if they develop.
Another venue of concern close to St George is Tempe Tyres, at 868 Princes Highway.
Anyone who was at the tyre retailer on Tuesday 22 June from 10am - 10.10am or 11.30am - 12pm should follow the same direction as above.
Earlier, an alert was issued over H One Hair Salon in Woodville, Street, Hurstville.
Anyone who visited the salon on Tuesday 22 June between 5.30pm to 6.30pm is listed as a close contact, must immediately get tested and isolate for 14 days, regardless of the result, and call 1800 943 553 unless they have already been contacted by NSW Health.
Alerts have also been issued for two T4 line train services from Wolli Creek to Sydenham.
The relevant times are Tuesday 22 June 6.42am - 6.46am and Wednesday 23 June 10.35am - 10.39am.
Anyone who travelled on those services is a casual contact of a confirmed case and must immediately get tested and self-isolate until a negative result is received. They should continue to monitor for symptoms and immediately isolate and get tested if they develop
Passengers on five Virgin flights on on the east coast June 25-26 are close contacts of a confirmed COVID case and must immediately call NSW Health on 1800 943 553, get tested and isolate for 14 days, regardless of the result.
