Desire doesn't have to dwindle during lockdown, nor does date night. With a little foresight, you and your partner could enjoy a special night in and let love rule - helped along with the contents of a specially-planned party time package.
Amanda Wilson, 45, developed her Sylvania-based business, Little Party Crew, when she was looking to bring together her experience in events planning with her qualification as a wellbeing coach.
She and her partner are both busy, working professionals with five kids between them, so planning time for fun, creative dates was important.
"We knew other busy parents and professional couples were in the same predicament and now more than ever with COVID-19 and lockdown restrictions stopping any type of date night out we created Little Party Crew Date Night In Boxes," Miss Wilson said.

According to Miss Wilson, reconnecting with your partner, and "not just seeing them as a mum or a dad" if you have kids, is important.
"You need to see them as a lover, as your partner, so it's important to keep that connection alive otherwise you just become roommates getting through the day-to-day routine," she said.
A new themed Date Night box comes out every month. The first theme was cooking and included aprons and cooking ingredients, and the second was painting and included a virtual tour of the Louvre as well as paints, canvases and pallets. Next month, it'll be a casino theme.
All boxes include snacks for two - sourced locally, if possible - along with drinks, a mood setting gift like a candle or massage book, a book with date night ideas such as putting on a YouTube video of a fireplace, a custom Spotify playlist, recipe suggestions with shopping lists to purchase in the lead-up to the date, games and movie suggestions.

"We test out all the boxes. For ideas, you try to reflect back on when you first start seeing someone, the honeymoon period," Miss Wilson said.
"It's so important to try new things together and learn new things about each other, especially when in lockdown. You can only have so many takeaways and Netflix nights."
Little Party Crew also does a box for singles, called the Single And NOT Ready To Mingle box, which has reportedly been popular during lockdown.
