Global retailer lululemon will open its first store in Sutherland Shire this month.
Westfield Miranda is launching the brand's first shop in the region on November 23. The closest store to the region before this was 26 kilometres away, in Bondi Junction.
The new store represents lululemon's ambition to pinpoint real estate in key areas where they do not have a presence.
It will no doubt be a welcome announcement for gym-goers and 'althleisure' wearing and brunching mums alike, with the brand growing in popularity over lockdown to even greater heights with its online sales when retail had its COVID-19 closures.
The new store is 313 square metres in size, with gear across the ranges in yoga, running, training, and of course, all around casual glam wear-on-the-move.
"We have heard the call for a store in this community for some time, so we are so pleased to be expanding our presence in Sydney, and look forward to bringing the engaging and interactive experience we are known for to the Sutherland Shire," lululemon Australia and New Zealand vice president Paul Tinkler said.
