The Georges River Customer Experience Strategy will be the guide to achieving this and will determine how the council delivers service now and into the future.
Community feedback is essential in guiding the council's decision-making process and will ensure it is on the right path to increasing customer satisfaction standards across the organisation.
Feedback can be submitted by completing an online survey or by completing a paper form.
Feedback is open until 28 February, 2022.
