CRONULLA Sharks new group chief executive Lyall Gorman has grabbed the ball and started running, arranging two community fans' forums for the Sharks faithful to explain the direction he wants to set at the club.

He is setting a cracking pace and met with football and leagues staff at all levels setting the agenda.
The first of the community fan forums are scheduled at Club On East (formerly the Sutherland United Services Club) on the western side of Sutherland station at 7pm on Monday. .
The second forum will then be conducted for residents in the east of the shire, to be held in the main auditorium at Sharkies on Tuesday at 7pm.
Gorman, Sharks chairman Damian Keogh and head coach Shane Flanagan will be at the forums to speak with the fans, answer questions and outline their strategies for the year ahead.
Gorman told the Leader it's about raising the profile of the club, establishing a new culture and getting in touch with the fans.
"It is about engaging with the community and our fans and getting our brand name out there," Gorman said.
"We want our fans, members and sponsors to be involved with the club at all levels.
