Sixth-placed Sutherland play Manly on Saturday at Manly Oval and Saints meet Sydney Uni at Sydney Uni.
These are two-day games and play starts 10.30am.
Sutherland was defeated by UNSW last weekend and Saints were downed by Campbelltown Camden.
UNSW made 285 with Jamie Brown taking 3-18 and Daniel Fallins, 3-65. Defeating Sutherland 263, Chris Williams topscored with 61, Matthew Hughston made 56, Daniel Rixon 45, Ben Dwarshuis 36, Jack Leaning 21, and Mitch Brown 21.
Saints are 13th and need to string several wins together to keep their top six finals hopes alive.
Sutherland have been a quiet achiever of this season's competition, to sit sixth.
In other news, Sutherland Podevin-Gray under-21s team host the final of the competition against Northern District on Sunday at Glenn McGrath Oval, Caringbah. Play starts at 10am.
In lower grade news, UNSW 217 defeated Sutherland 192, Joel Burnett made 52, Lachlan Maddinson 23, and Nathan Whittingham 21 not out.
In third grade, Sutherland scored 3-164 defeating UNSW 9-159. Peter Saroukos was 67 not out and Joel Brockley made 48. Sutherland's Alex Watkiss took 2-19, Scott Dawes 2-26, and Pat Burns 2-38.
In fourth grade, Sutherland 9-186 d UNSW 6-181. Mark Andersson made 84. Sutherland's Matthew Burg took 2-26, and Rory Darkins 2-29).
In fifth grade, UNSW made 5/169 with Dylan Lowy taking 2-36 and defeated Sutherland 167 with Shaun Thornton scoring 44, James Arnold 25 and Will Vandermaal made 25.
