The restaurant is now taking bookings for Christmas Day, and there will be two sittings, 11.30am and 2.30pm.
The Christmas Day entrées include smoked Canadian salmon, coconut prawns served with a honey-curry mayonnaise, lightly crumbed calamari with tartare sauce, a half dozen Sydney rock oysters ($12 extra for a full dozen) and baked camembert in puff pastry with a red wine currant sauce.
The main course includes traditional roast ham, turkey and pork or barramundi fillets, john dory fillets, and for an extra $20, a half lobster mornay in a creamy cheese sauce.
Desserts will include Christmas pudding with crème anglaise and butter-scotch sauce.
Diners can choose profiteroles with zabaglione, cream and chocolate sauce or rhubarb turnover with ice-cream and cream and strawberry tulips which are fresh strawberries with ice-cream in a home-made crispy biscuit basket.
The cost for three courses is $50.
